Galena Clinic is licensed by
the State of Illinois Division of Alcoholism and Substance
Abuse (DASA) to provide Risk Education, Early Intervention, Treatment and D.U.I.
Evaluation and Re-evaluation.All of the staff are licensed or certified in the State of Illinois
to practice as substance
abuse clinicians.
Minimal Risk
Completion of a minimum of 10 hours of D.U.I. Risk Education.
Moderate Risk
Completion of a minium of 10 hours of D.U.I. Risk Education and a minimum of 12 hours
of early intervention.
Significant Risk
Completion of a minimum of 10 hours of D.U.I. Risk Education and a minimum of 20 hours
of substance abuse treatment and after discharge, ongoing participation in all activities
specified in a continuing care plan.
High Risk
Completion of a minimum of 10 hours of D.U.I. Risk Education and a minimum of 75 hours
of substance abuse treatment and after discharge, ongoing participation in all activities
specified in a continuing care plan.
Aftercare
Assistance and monitoring the client’s self-directed plan following treatment. This can
occur in a variety of settings, such as periodic outpatient aftercare, relapse/recovery
groups, 12-Step and self-help groups. May include written monthly reports to the court
relative to the offender’s status following treatment.

– Family Counseling
Our fees are based upon the DUI Risk/Level determined by assessment. Before services are
rendered, the
individual agrees to the fee schedule.
